2. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your orders within the following timelines:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations).

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, product availability, or external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The details are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 – ₹150 (depending on location and package weight).
  • Express Shipping: ₹200 flat fee (available for select locations).
  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹1,000.

The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

  2. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you for re-delivery arrangements.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Political disruptions or strikes.
  • Remote delivery locations.
