3. Advanced Laser Sheet & Tube Cutting Machinery

4. Precision Robotic Welding

To add further uniqueness and style, we apply water transfer decals, ensuring every Roadgiant bike stands out with precision graphics and detailing.

6. Bicycle Assembly Line
The final stage of our manufacturing process brings every component together with precision. At Roadgiant, our dedicated assembly line is designed for speed, accuracy, and consistency.
With a highly skilled team and streamlined processes, we assemble more than 200 bicycles per day, ensuring every bike meets our strict quality checks before it reaches you.
From fitting lightweight alloy frames to aligning gears, brakes, and wheels, each Roadgiant cycle is assembled with care to deliver the perfect riding experience straight out of the factory.
